Comand AI is building an AI-native command and control platform for NATO countries and allies
Defence is entering a once-in-a-generation reset. Budgets are growing, force structures are shifting from personnel to systems, and legacy C2 software is no longer fit for machine-speed, multi-domain warfare. While most players focus on tactical control or incremental digitization, Comand AI is rebuilding the command layer itself, unlocking superhuman decision-making and enabling the transition to human-machine and fully autonomous operations.
Comand AI was founded by Loïc Mougeolle and Quentin Le Pape, and later joined by Paul Mustière and Marie Inuzuka as co-founders, bringing together leadership from Palantir, OpenAI, and major defence primes to redefine the software layer of defence.
