Arrakis

Blossom led Arrakis's $30m Series A

Arrakis is building the AI Operating System for industrial operations, deploying AI agents into mission-critical workflows across the physical economy.

The West is under pressure to reindustrialise, but its industrial champions run on decades-old software, fragmented systems and manual workflows. Arrakis pulls the messy data these operations run on into a single live model of the business, then deploys AI agents to execute workflows on top of it, with humans in the loop for critical decisions. Customers see results within weeks.

Arrakis wins with a full-stack approach - forward-deployed engineers working as an extension of customers' teams, a model-agnostic AI platform, and an applied AI team that tunes models on each company's operational corpus - and solves for what industrial enterprises actually care about: business outcomes, sovereignty, and cost.

Rafael Quintanilla spent time as an investor at Accel, working across defense and enterprise software. His co-founders (Haroun Beltaifa, Mikhail Galkov, and Romain Fouilland) have led procurement at Palantir, built ML infrastructure at DeliveryHero/Uber and re-designed G7 governments' emergency response systems.
