Trebellar is the AI platform for corporate real estate, unifying fragmented data on people, places, and costs so enterprises can ask complex questions and make faster, smarter portfolio decisions.

Corporate real estate is the largest G&A function still without purpose-built, AI-native tools. Lease terms, floor plans, occupancy, and cost data sit scattered across disconnected systems, spreadsheets, and PDFs, with no common structure to reason across them. Result: renewal, consolidation, and investment decisions get made on imperfect data and gut feel.

Trebellar built an AI platform on top of a purpose-built ontology that maps a company's real estate data into a single structure enterprises can query directly, turning analysis that used to take analysts weeks into answers in minutes.Trebellar was founded by two veteran engineers from Salesforce and Google, Diego Ferreiro Val (CEO) and David Garcia Quintas (CTO), after an early concept in consumer smart-home data surfaced a much larger enterprise opportunity. They were joined early by Adam Sewall as co-founder leading go-to-market and operations. Enterprise customers include Meta, Uber, Workday, Okta, Cohesity, and Merck.
