SMEs want to meet customers where they are, not via phone or email, but don’t have tooling specific for their needs. Superchat aims to be the system of customer engagement for European SMEs.
Superchat was founded by Yilmaz Köknar and Mika Hally, after seeing first-hand how overwhelming it can be for SMEs to juggle conversations across multiple channels.
